Au fil des discussions autour des recettes et des traditions italiennes, les rencontres se sont multipli\u00e9es jusqu\u2019\u00e0 devenir une v\u00e9ritable collaboration en cuisine. Renato Carati, qui avait mis son activit\u00e9 entre parenth\u00e8ses \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un probl\u00e8me au genou, reprend ainsi un peu du service dans la r\u00e9gion en venant parfois cuisiner \u00e0 Qui\u00e9vrain.<\/p>\n<p>Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cette collaboration, les deux chefs proposeront, le 19 mars, une soir\u00e9e exceptionnelle \u00e0 quatre mains. Au programme\u00a0: un menu signature en six services au prix de 70 \u20ac, m\u00ealant cuisine italienne et de saison.
