Elle peut en effet \u00eatre due \u00e0 la performance, elle peut \u00eatre sociale, d\u2019int\u00e9gration, li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019identitaire (la construction de soi), \u00e0 l\u2019attachement, au climat d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 (le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laprovence.com\/article\/sante\/1818179978590914\/refus-scolaire-anxieux-quand-l-ecole-devient-un-cauchemar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">harc\u00e8lement<\/a>, le jugement), ou encore au contexte familial et \u00e0 l\u2019existence.<\/p>\n<p>Val\u00e9rie Felices a ponctu\u00e9 son intervention d\u2019exemples v\u00e9cus et a d\u00e9fini le r\u00f4le des enseignants qui doivent \u00eatre dans \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019\u00eatre et la pr\u00e9sence\u00a0\u00bb, plut\u00f4t que dans le \u00ab\u00a0faire et le programme\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Apprendre \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre son stress et son anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, c\u2019est identifier son \u00e9motion et son ressenti sur son corps et reconna\u00eetre les observations d\u00e9clenchantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les professionnelles ont aussi insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de travailler sur les pens\u00e9es et les croyances pour renforcer l\u2019estime de soi. Cela passe par un apaisement du syst\u00e8me nerveux avec des techniques de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle et des petits exercices pratiques bas\u00e9s sur l\u2019EFT (technique de lib\u00e9ration \u00e9motionnelle), l\u2019hypnose, ou encore la reprogrammation des croyances n\u00e9gatives.
