Ce dernier point a cependant fait bondir le niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Le ministre de la Protection des consommateurs,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/belgique\/societe\/2026\/03\/02\/la-lutte-contre-la-fraude-sociale-rapporte-414-millions-deuros-en-2025-pres-dune-enquete-sur-deux-mene-a-des-resultats-concrets-4H2LQ2SFEFHPNGUZV5YKERCOHU\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Rob Beenders <\/a>(Vooruit) a fait part de son inqui\u00e9tude. En brandissant ce chiffre : environ un quart des 400 000 voitures d&rsquo;occasion contr\u00f4l\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e sont refus\u00e9es, dont 15 % pour des probl\u00e8mes majeurs. La ministre flamande de la Mobilit\u00e9, Annick De Ridder (N-VA), qui porte la r\u00e9forme, s&rsquo;est voulu rassurante. Au Parlement flamand, elle a expliqu\u00e9 que cette obligation n&rsquo;existait qu&rsquo;en Belgique. Elle a fait valoir que les acqu\u00e9reurs d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule d&rsquo;occasion peuvent toujours demander un certificat de conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 un garagiste. Elle a insist\u00e9 sur le fait que le Car-Pass, qui authentifie le nombre de kilom\u00e8tres effectivement parcourus par chaque automobile, est maintenu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/debats\/opinions\/2025\/08\/10\/jai-pris-un-coup-de-massue-lors-de-la-derniere-visite-au-controle-technique-avec-ma-peugeot-307-ROHDTNIEZBHLLDUFD54ORJS6YI\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">J&rsquo;ai pris un coup de massue lors de la derni\u00e8re visite au contr\u00f4le technique avec ma Peugeot 307<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Enfin, le d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9paration apr\u00e8s un refus au contr\u00f4le (carte rouge) sera port\u00e9 de deux semaines \u00e0 deux mois alors qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9faut mineur n&rsquo;entra\u00eenera plus par ailleurs d&rsquo;obligation de revisite.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Toutes ces mesures n&rsquo;ont qu&rsquo;un objectif : r\u00e9duire les listes d&rsquo;attente devant les centres de contr\u00f4le technique. Le probl\u00e8me serait \u00e0 ce point important que certains automobilistes flamands se r\u00e9signent \u00e0 faire contr\u00f4ler leur v\u00e9hicule en Wallonie. Mais est-ce sans risque ? Le Goca (Groupement des entreprises agr\u00e9\u00e9es de contr\u00f4le automobile et du permis de conduire) estime que quelque 93 000 v\u00e9hicules suppl\u00e9mentaires pr\u00e9sentant un ou plusieurs d\u00e9fauts majeurs circuleront chaque sur les routes flamandes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/belgique\/mobilite\/2026\/03\/18\/importante-reforme-du-controle-technique-en-flandre-ce-qui-change-WIDO5OYYMZC2XMV3FN7O3JWKCI\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Annick De Ridder<\/a> promet pourtant qu&rsquo;elle ne s&rsquo;arr\u00eatera pas en si bon chemin.
