La psychiatre n\u00e9e en 1982 n&rsquo;a pas comparu lors du proc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">M\u00eame si elle \u00e9tait absente lors de son proc\u00e8s, Jessica Lancini ne pourra pas faire opposition au jugement. Ceci n&rsquo;est pr\u00e9vu que lorsqu&rsquo;un accus\u00e9 fait d\u00e9faut. Ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas ici puisqu&rsquo;elle avait mandat\u00e9 son avocate pour la repr\u00e9senter.
