Un site int\u00e9ressant puisque selon les chiffres de 2024, ce sont 261 246 voyageurs qui transitent par cet espace chaque semaine. Des arr\u00eats de bus ainsi que le tram font de cet espace un site multimodal pour les voyageurs qui sont de potentiels clients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">L&rsquo;occupation de cet espace de commerce se fera au plus t\u00f4t le 1er juin 2026. Toutefois, l&rsquo;exploitant devra am\u00e9nager les locaux \u00e0 sa charge et respectera le fait de ne pas toucher au vitrage car \u00ab\u00a0la gare est architecturalement prot\u00e9g\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb.
