Depuis cette date, les employeurs doivent prendre en charge 30 % de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 du malade lors des deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me mois d\u2019absence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Mais cette obligation ne s\u2019applique ni aux PME ni aux travailleurs de plus de 55 ans \u2014 soit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la moiti\u00e9 des malades longue dur\u00e9e. La prime de retour, selon elle, devrait revenir au travailleur lui-m\u00eame plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 son employeur. Les services de pr\u00e9vention, de plus en plus sollicit\u00e9s pour \u00e9tablir le \u201cpotentiel restant\u201d des travailleurs, manquent de moyens pour leur mission premi\u00e8re : pr\u00e9venir les maladies. \u201c\u00c9norm\u00e9ment de travailleurs sont malades de leurs conditions de travail : flexibilit\u00e9, travail de nuit, heures suppl\u00e9mentaires croissantes \u2014 et cela demande de la pr\u00e9vention\u201d, d\u00e9nonce le syndicat, qui r\u00e9clame l\u2019allongement du salaire garanti \u00e0 deux mois \u00e0 la charge de l\u2019employeur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">C\u2019est ce que pratiquent les Pays-Bas, avec de bons r\u00e9sultats. La Belgique est aujourd\u2019hui le pays d\u2019Europe o\u00f9 le salaire garanti est le plus court.
