La Tour des Finances, le plus haut \u2013 et le plus cher \u2013 immeuble de bureaux de la capitale o\u00f9 travaillent des fonctionnaires du SPF Finances, est en effet l&rsquo;un des principaux actifs du fonds immobilier. Celui-ci l&rsquo;avait achet\u00e9 juste avant la crise du coronavirus pour 1,2\u00a0milliard d&rsquo;euros, mais depuis la pand\u00e9mie, l&rsquo;immobilier de bureau a consid\u00e9rablement perdu de la valeur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Selon les quotidiens, la Tour des Finances pourrait \u00eatre c\u00e9d\u00e9e, une vente \u00e9ventuelle qui se ferait probablement \u00e0 forte d\u00e9cote.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">La vente de la Tour en 2020 avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 jet\u00e9 le discr\u00e9dit sur le gouvernement Verhofstadt qui, au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, avait vendu plusieurs b\u00e2timents publics pour une somme relativement modique mais les louait ensuite \u00e0 un prix \u00e9lev\u00e9, dans le cadre d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations dites de \u00ab\u00a0sale-and-lease-back\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"La Cor\u00e9e du Sud pointe du doigt la Belgique comme principale cause de ce d\u00e9faut de paiement.
