Elle avait re\u00e7u une plainte concernant certaines pratiques susceptibles de limiter le d\u00e9veloppement de plateformes concurrentes et rapportait l&rsquo;existence \u00ab\u00a0d&rsquo;indices s\u00e9rieux\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;une possible infraction aux r\u00e8gles de concurrence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">L&rsquo;Autorit\u00e9 indique jeudi consid\u00e9rer que, en interdisant le transfert automatis\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es des v\u00e9hicules encod\u00e9es sur sa plateforme vers la concurrente carselect.touring.be, AutoScout24 a abus\u00e9 de sa position dominante sur le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Elle impose donc \u00e0 AutoScout24 de restaurer ce transfert automatis\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es de v\u00e9hicules des annonceurs depuis sa plateforme vers carselect.touring.be, sous peine d&rsquo;astreinte.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Le mois dernier, l&rsquo;Autorit\u00e9 belge de la Concurrence a annonc\u00e9 avoir ouvert une instruction \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard d&rsquo;AutoScout24.
