Depuis lors, ils ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9s par le chantier du Palais du Midi, li\u00e9 au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/belgique\/mobilite\/2026\/03\/11\/metro-3-les-travaux-de-genie-civil-du-chainon-manquant-dureront-quatre-ans-C3XNB3TYMZG35AFQOOCOURF3EU\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">projet du m\u00e9tro 3<\/a>. \u00ab\u00a0Aujourd&rsquo;hui, on compte plus de soixante faillites et PRJ \u2013 Proc\u00e9dure de R\u00e9organisation Judiciaire-, et il ne reste plus que 176 commerces dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires est impact\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 70 \u00e0 80 %\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9plorait ce mercredi au Parlement bruxellois Ismael Saouti, vice-pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;ASBL Palais du Midi Business Center. Il a pu y pousser un cri de d\u00e9tresse au nom de tous ces commer\u00e7ants, soulignant les solutions budg\u00e9taires insuffisantes propos\u00e9es par la R\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/belgique\/mobilite\/2026\/04\/23\/les-trams-interrompus-pendant-un-an-a-la-gare-du-midi-voici-ce-quil-faut-savoir-BCX2T6UU3ZCIZD5EANVNYXV3CM\/\" target=\"_self\" class=\"ap-StoryInterstitialLink ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb js-paywall-target\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Les trams interrompus pendant un an \u00e0 la Gare du midi : voici ce qu&rsquo;il faut savoir<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"ap-StoryElement ap-StoryElement--mb ap-StoryText\">Face \u00e0 lui, les d\u00e9put\u00e9s se questionnent sur les solutions envisageables par le gouvernement d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion endett\u00e9e. \u00ab\u00a0Nous aimerions des solutions d&rsquo;urgences au niveau des montants des indemnisations, qui sont insuffisants, et au niveau de l&rsquo;accompagnement face au chantier de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lalibre.be\/regions\/bruxelles\/2023\/11\/07\/lavenue-de-stalingrad-sera-bien-mise-a-sens-unique-apres-linterminable-chantier-du-metro-3-le-permis-a-ete-accorde-pour-le-reamenagement-photos-YBSURATCSRGUJD2F6CF4KIFIYI\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de l&rsquo;Avenue de Stalingrad<\/a> qui doit d\u00e9buter cette ann\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e de 18 \u00e0 24 mois. On a aussi besoin d&rsquo;un plan de relance pour tout le quartier\u00a0\u00bb, propose-t-il. Avant d&rsquo;ass\u00e9ner : \u00ab\u00a0Cela fait sept ans qu&rsquo;on souffre, et on ne sait pas quand cela se terminera\u00a0\u00bb.
