Brussels sprouts don’t have the best reputation, in large part due to their former bitter taste (it’s been crossbred out in the past few decades!) and previous generations’ tendency to boil them instead of roasting them for optimal crispiness.

Luckily for all of our taste buds, Brussels sprouts have had a resurgence in popularity recently, getting paired with ingredients like maple syrup, Parmesan cheese, or bacon for flavor explosions. Now, popular produce brand Taylor Farms is going all in on the vegetable with its latest launch. Taking to Instagram to announce three new products, the brand wrote that these are “not your childhood Brussels sprouts” before presenting veggie kits that are centered on the brassicas.

All three kits come with quartered Brussels sprouts and cook in ten minutes in the air fryer or in 20 minutes in the oven, with each serving clocking in at 80 calories. Korean BBQ comes with a Korean gochujang glaze, peach whiskey features a smoked peach whiskey glaze, and sweet & sour has a, you guessed it, sweet and sour glaze.

The product is available now at Walmart and Sprouts locations nationwide, reports produce industry website And Now U Know, and will roll out to additional retailers later this year.

Instagram commenters were thrilled with the announcement, writing, “Ohhh I’m so excited for these,” “Oh these sound delicious,” and declaring that they “Can’t wait to try these!”

In addition to this launch, Taylor Farms recently came out with a new protein-forward line that includes “ingredients such as whole wheat or chickpea flour in croutons and chips, whey protein in dressings, and protein forward greens such as kale and spinach. Cheeses naturally higher in protein including parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar provide added protein, flavor, and texture in every bite,” the brand said in a statement.
