Raskin earns Belgium World Cup call-up
Rangers midfielder Nicolas Raskin has been included in Rudi Garcia’s Belgium squad for the World Cup in the Americas this summer.
The 25-year-old, who made his Red Devils debut last year under Garcia, has 11 caps and featured in all but one of their World Cup qualifiers.
Raskin netted his first senior international goal during the 6-0 win over Kazakhstan last September.
Belgium will face Croatia and Tunisia in two friendly matches at the start of next month before heading to the finals where they are in Group G with Egypt, Iran and New Zealand.
The midfielder has made 50 appearances, scoring seven goals and providing nine assists, this season for Rangers, who have finished third in the Premiership and failed to win a trophy.
