High-level meetings in Brussels aim to secure new military aid and deepen EU cooperation, with talks scheduled across NATO, Belgium and the European Council.

The President of Ukraine has arrived in Brussels, where meetings are planned with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and the Prime Minister of Belgium Bart De Wever, as well as an audience with King Philippe.

He announced Zelensky’s trip on his Telegram channel.

Strengthening Defense and European Integration

According to the president, these days are critical for strengthening the country’s defense capabilities: meetings with the United Kingdom’s and Germany’s defense ministers are expected, as well as discussions in the Ramstein format and the work of the European Council.

Following the planned meetings, further steps are expected to strengthen Ukraine’s defense and intensify cooperation with allies in the European and transatlantic directions.
