The Carlos de Amberes Foundation and Banco de Depósitos have signed a collaboration agreement that marks the beginning of a new phase for both institutions.
Under this agreement, Banco de Depósitos (a subsidiary of Cajalmendralejo, the parent company of the Solventia Cooperative Group) will support the Foundation’s activities with its characteristic financial strength and vigour, enabling it to expand the ambition and scope of its cultural, academic and intellectual programmes, as well as to tackle the challenges and projects of the coming years with greater confidence. The Bank’s support for an institution with a long history dating back to 1594 will open up new perspectives for the Foundation’s commitment to cultural service and active Europeanism.
For its part, the Carlos de Amberes Foundation, as a strategic ally of Banco de Depósitos, will contribute to strengthening the Bank’s presence in the capital by leveraging synergies with a cultural institution of recognised prestige. The collaboration places the bank at the forefront of initiatives of high intellectual, social and cultural value, in an environment of excellence and public visibility.
Both institutions have emphasised that the agreement is based on a shared vision of commitment to society, culture and Europeanist thinking, and opens the door to the development of joint projects, meetings and activities that reinforce dialogue between the financial, cultural and civic spheres.
With this alliance, the Carlos de Amberes Foundation and Banco de Depósitos reaffirm their willingness to actively contribute to the cultural and institutional life of Madrid through stable, long-term collaboration.
