Caliber.Az<\/a> reports, citing Georgian media, Botchorishvili made the remarks during a parliamentary session, responding to questions regarding the status of EU\u2013Georgia relations.<\/p>\n\u201cThe Georgian Dream has never stopped the process of European integration. On the contrary, thanks to our policies, Georgia is in many areas closer to European standards than other candidate countries,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The minister emphasized that responsibility for implementing the European Union\u2019s \u201cnine recommendations\u201d is shared across the political spectrum, not limited to the government alone. She specifically highlighted the role of the opposition in ensuring progress, particularly in relation to participation in parliamentary and electoral processes.<\/p>\n
