The US and UK \u200chave also confirmed planes and contingency \u2060plans were being arranged \u2060for non-EU citizens whose \u2060countries were unable to \u2060send air \u2060transport, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers will be allowed to take essential belongings with them \u2060but the remaining luggage, as well as the body of the deceased passenger onboard, will remain on the ship and be taken to the Netherlands \u2060where it will be disinfected, Garcia said.<\/p>\n<p>Spanish citizens will disembark first, with \u2060the order of evacuation of the remaining groups \u2060of \u2060citizens to be determined by health authorities.
