Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland \u2014 Europe\u2019s biggest economies \u2014 are coordinating more closely, reigniting questions about whether the EU is drifting toward a multi-speed future. Not everyone is comfortable with it.<\/p>\n
