Belgium will present a serious test for Mauricio Pochettino\u2019s side. It\u2019s very likely that Colombia and Portugal will leapfrog them if they survive initial knockout tests.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, there\u2019s no reason to raise any \u201chad the seventh-best odds to win World Cup at one point\u201d banner. Pochettino\u2019s goals are much loftier than that. Yet belonging, which has been the Americans\u2019 goal for decades, only happens after many incremental steps.
