Foreign ministers of EU member states plan to meet on July 13 in Brussels to discuss Russia\u2019s war against Ukraine and the situation of civilians held by the aggressor. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga will attend the meeting.<\/p>\n

The next meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council will take place in Brussels under the chairmanship of the EU\u2019s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas<\/p>\n

The Council\u2019s press service said that ministers will discuss Russia\u2019s military aggression against Ukraine after an informal exchange of views with the participation of Andriy Sibiga.<\/p>\n
One year after the launch of the EU\u2019s Black Sea Strategy, the Council will review its implementation and discuss proposals for further action.<\/p>\n
Before the meeting, an informal breakfast is planned on the topic of Ukrainian civilians detained by Russia.<\/p>\n
According to the President of the European Council, Ant\u00f3nio Costa, the opening of another cluster within the Ukraine accession talks could take place soon.<\/p>\n
