This time the setting will be far removed from the US Ivy League campus. Gabriel is graduating from the Royal Military Academy in Brussels.<\/p>\n

According to a detailed statement from the Belgian Royal Household, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde will be there, as will Princess Elisabeth<\/a>. His time at the Royal Military Academy hasn’t been without its share of institutional debate \u2014 notably because, while he was enrolled, Belgium pushed through a legislative shift that raised more than a few eyebrows. But what stands out most is simply how demanding his training has been: unlike his sister, whose military schooling was comparatively brief, Gabriel has logged a far longer and more intensive run through the ranks. Case in point: an Erasmus exchange at France’s Saint-Cyr Military Academy, where he earned his parachutist wings after three punishing weeks at the Airborne Troops School.<\/p>\n
