She stressed that the Ukrainian flag should fly at the heart of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>As we prepare to celebrate Ukraine\u2019s Independence Day, we are raising the Ukrainian flag in Brussels. So that it may fly proudly at the very heart of our Union, where it belongs. Ukraine will regain its security. Its freedom.
