The Croatian forward is on big wages and refuses to compromise.<\/p>\n<p>Feyenoord signed Ivanusec from Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2023 for eight million euros. He has never really found his feet in Rotterdam.<\/p>\n<p>With his contract at De Kuip running until mid-2028, the left winger is under no pressure to leave despite interest from other clubs.<\/p>\n<p>Gouka says Royal Antwerp recently approached Feyenoord. As soon as they heard Ivanusec&#8217;s wage demands, talks stopped.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ivanusec then says: \u2018if I\u2019m going to earn less, I\u2019m not leaving.\u2019 Feyenoord then think: we can pay part of that salary, but we also want to make some money from him,&#8221; Gouka said.<\/p>\n<p>As things stand, Gouka does not see a return to Feyenoord&#8217;s squad happening. &#8220;I sometimes read people saying: try Ivanu\u0161ec on the left wing, because it cannot get any worse.
