Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA provides ground handling and cargo services across 75 airports in Europe and Africa.<\/p>\n

Acquisition expands SAL\u2019s global footprint, diversifies revenue, and strengthens operational synergies with airlines and advanced airport infrastructure.<\/p>\n

Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge<\/p>\n

Saudi Logistics Services Company <\/a>(SAL) signed a USD 32.7 million (SAR 123M) to\u00a0 acquire the full 100% stake in Belgium\u2019s Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA. Furthermore, SAL entered a conditional sale and purchase agreement with sellers Aviapartner Belgium NV and Aviapartner Holding NV to acquire Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Under the agreement, SAL will acquire the full 100% stake in Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA, with the entire transaction to be paid in cash upon closing. The deal is based on an enterprise value of around USD 32.7 million\u00a0 (SAR 123M). Moreover, it remains subject to customary closing conditions and the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, as applicable.<\/p>\n

Headquartered in Li\u00e8ge, Belgium, Aviapartner Li\u00e8ge SA, is a ground handling and cargo services company <\/a>operating across Europe and Africa.. Furthermore, it provides ground handling services across 75 airports across Europe and Africa.<\/p>\n

The acquisition supports SAL\u2019s international expansion, establishing a direct operational presence in one of Europe\u2019s key air cargo<\/a> hubs. Additionally, it seeks to broaden SAL\u2019s range of cargo handling and logistics services at international airports and diversify its revenue sources. It also aims to create operational synergies through access to advanced infrastructure and established relationships with airlines within a developed operational environment.<\/p>\n
