Jaishankar (@DrSJaishankar) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DrSJaishankar\/status\/2033179181169684740?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">March 15, 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the meeting,\u00a0Jaishankar\u00a0will interact\u00a0with\u00a0foreign ministers from the\u00a0EU\u2019s 27 member states and hold bilateral\u00a0talks\u00a0with\u00a0EU\u00a0leadership as well as\u00a0with\u00a0his Belgian counterpart and other\u00a0European partners.<\/p>\n<p>Officials said the visit follows the 16th India-EU\u00a0Summit earlier this year, where both sides concluded negotiations on a landmark free trade agreement and reaffirmed their commitment\u00a0to\u00a0deepen the strategic partnership.<\/p>\n<p>The pact is expected\u00a0to\u00a0significantly expand market access and strengthen economic ties between the two major markets.
