Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) – Kabul: The press office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock issued a press release saying that the Afghan delegation, led by Maulvi Attaullah Omari, Minister of the Ministry, visited the Belaz company factory in Minsk during a visit to the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

According to the ministry, the Afghan delegation visited different parts of the factory and officials of the Belaz company provided information about the history of the company\u2019s activities, capacities and the production process of its machinery.<\/p>\n

During the visit, the two sides discussed areas of cooperation between Afghanistan and Belarus in the heavy machinery sector, transfer of experiences and development of technical cooperation.<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Agriculture adds that the two sides expressed their readiness to expand joint cooperation in the field of heavy machinery and use existing capacities to develop technical cooperation.<\/p>\n

A 13-member Afghan delegation led by Maulvi Attaullah Omari, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock, has visited Belarus at the official invitation of the Republic of Belarus and with the aim of participating in the second meeting of the Joint Commission for Economic and Trade Cooperation between Afghanistan and Belarus.
