Elizabeth Clark has been appointed manager, sustainable finance, at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Clark joins from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, where she spent four years, most recently as head of its investment leaders group. Before that she worked for four years at Maple Leaf Foods in corporate strategy and development. At LSEG, she will report to David Harris, head of sustainable finance strategic initiatives and partnerships. Posting on LinkedIn, Harris said Clark will serve as the “central point to co-ordinate our group sustainable finance strategy working across our business divisions”.

James Vaccaro and Sashi Jayatileke have joined non-profit wealth manager Regeneration Wealth Management, ahead of its launch in 2026. Vaccaro, a climate finance veteran who worked at Triodos Bank for 25 years and was executive director at the Climate Safe Lending Network for three years, as well as advising organisations GFANZ, WWF-UK and the Transition Plan Taskforce, will act as strategy director. Jayatileke, a microfinance and development specialist, worked for 15 years at USAID, most recently as senior climate finance adviser. She will serve as investment director for Regeneration.

Morningstar Sustainalytics has appointed Jodie Tapscott as its first head of climate and nature solutions. Tapscott joins from AllianceBernstein, where she worked for nearly five years, most recently as director of responsible investing strategy and portfolio solutions.

Will Oulton has been re-elected as vice-chair of the Marine Conservation Society. Oulton also chairs Columbia Threadneedle Investments’ responsible investment advisory council, EdenTree Investment Management’s responsible investment expert panel and Accounting for Sustainability’s expert panel.

Cathy Keir has been promoted to head of sustainability at Savills Investment Management. Keir joined the UK investor in May 2022 and was most recently associate director of ESG. She replaces Emily Hamilton, who announced on LinkedIn on that she is leaving to a consultancy “to help organisations tackle today’s complex challenges by embedding resilience and impact in bold, engaging ways because doing things differently is the only way forward”.

Verena Kienel, head of sustainability research at Ökoworld, has been elected as vice-chair for Germany for the Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen’s board. Alongside Kienel, Alexandra Finkestein-Feller, head of client relations at Inrate, has been appointed as vice-chair for Switzerland. Marvin Mechelse, managing director at GLS Investment Management, was also elected to the board.

Gillian Luzyk has joined TD Bank Group as manager, sustainability disclosure integrity. Luzyk comes from PwC, where she most recently served as senior associate, ESG reporting and assurance.

Lucía Barrera Ocampo has been appointed associate director – sustainable finance at Scotiabank. Barrera Ocampo joins from Sustainable Fitch, where she was associate director, sustainable finance analyst and relationship manager.

GIZ is recruiting for a sustainable finance adviser for the development agency’s ASEAN Green Recovery project, which aims to strengthen the integration of sustainable finance into the financial systems of ASEAN member states. Based in Jakarta, the successful applicant will be responsible for the technical, substantive and organisational implementation of the project’s measures and activities.

Sebastian Kösters has been promoted to managing director at EB – Sustainable Investment Management. Kösters has been with the German asset manager for seven years.

Conor Chell has joined the Canada Climate Law Initiative as a climate governance expert. Chell is currently national leader – sustainability, environment and regulatory law at KPMG Canada.
