Three Tube lines are set to part-shut this weekend

Transport for London has confirmed the full list of lines that will shut this weekend (Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12). On both days, the District line will be out of action between Edgware Road/Embankment and Ealing Broadway, Kensington (Olympia), Richmond and Wimbledon due to track work.
This will affect supporters travelling to Chelsea’s match at Stamford Bridge against Manchester City at 4.30pm on Sunday. Attendees are advised to take the Piccadilly line to Earl’s Court or Mildmay line services to either West Brompton or Imperial Wharf.
In total six TfL lines will experience disruption this weekend, along with the DLR. Transport bosses have also issued a warning about Tube strikes scheduled to take place on April 21-22 and April 23-24.
Both 24-hour strikes will start and end at midday in an effort to “maximise disruption”, the Rail, Maritime and Transport union said. TfL says there will be substantial disruption on the London Underground, but the Overground, Elizabeth line, DLR and National Rail will be unaffected.
