Residents across Lincolnshire will get the chance to see elite cyclists racing for the UK’s top prize when the Tour of Britain arrives soon.
The two stages will criss-cross the county through many towns and villages in September, providing an unrivalled chance to see the race.
If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse, the organisers have released a breakdown of what time the peloton is expected to pass through each area.
As it’s impossible to know exactly how fast the race will be. The estimates are based on the competitors riding at an expected 42km per hour.
There were also faster and slower times at 38kmph and 46kmph, which are shown in brackets for milestones across the races.

Spectators will likely want to arrive at the route early to avoid disappointment.
The races will begin with slow, controlled starts where cyclists follow the lead car at an easy pace until they are given the signal.
Temporary road closures will also be in place throughout the Lincoln stage.

The riders now begin the Lincoln Grand Prix circuit, along Yarborough Crescent, Burton Road, A57 Saxilby Road, back into Lincoln along Long Leys Road, and then the climb up Michaelgate and Steep Hill.
