Taking to the streets of London to chase a PB or raise money for charity isn’t just for the masses – celebrities love it too.

Below is the current list of famous faces who ran the 2026 London Marathon, along with their finish times (plus any previous bests).

Cynthia Erivo – In a recent interview with Women’s Health, she said she had her sights set on a new PB – and the Wicked star delivered, running 3:21:40 at the 2026 London Marathon. That’s almost 14 minutes faster than her 2022 time. She’s also raising money for The King’s Trust and the Shameless Fund.

James Norton completed the 2026 London Marathon in an impressive 4:29:04. It was the actor’s first marathon, and he was raising money for BreakthroughT1D.

Harry Judd, no stranger to the marathon, ran a superb new PB of 3:05:25. That recent sub-20 5K PB in training clearly paid off.

Daddy Pig (yes, the cartoon character) ran the London Marathon this year to raise money for the National Deaf Children’s Society. Although his previous PB is unknown, he still clocked 5:51:53.

Sir Ben Ainslie – The most successful sailor in Olympic history put it to good use, finishing in 4:13:04.

Aimee Fuller, Olympian and TV presenter, previously ran 3:48:04 at the 2024 London Marathon – but in 2026 she set a new PB of 3:36:48. She recently ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon with her mum.

Alexandra Burke recorded one of the biggest PB improvements of the day, cutting her time from 6:29:18 to 4:25:03 – more than two hours faster. She is raising money for Parkinson’s UK.

John Robins, the comedian, ran the race in 4:48:08 while raising money for Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse.

Joe Wicks was back at the London Marathon, this time running alongside Daddy Pig – and crossed the finish line just one second behind him in 5:51:54.

Bryony Gordon once again took to the streets of London in her underwear (for a very good reason, as she explains), raising money for the Bowelbabe Fund and Cancer Research UK. She finished in 5:56:36.

Celebrities who ran the London Marathon for the first time

Nikita Kuzmin completed the 2026 London Marathon in 4:19:17. The professional dancer and Strictly star is raising money for Diabetes UK.

Tony Adams, Arsenal and England footballing legend, finished in 6:21:17. The former England captain was running to raise money for The Forward Trust.

Dame Laura Kenny, an Olympic cycling legend, made her London Marathon debut and impressed with a time of 3:45:05, while fundraising for The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust.

Sebastian Vettel saw retirement from F1 as the perfect opportunity to take on a marathon – and proved he’s still got speed, finishing in 2:59:08.

Sir Anthony ‘AP’ McCoy ran his first London Marathon to raise money for the Matt Hampson Foundation, which supports injured jockey Graham Lee following a spinal injury. He finished in a strong 4:50:47.

Harry Clark, The Traitors winner, ran 4:38:34.
