In Loving Memory of Brian Blackmore It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Brian Blackmore, who died peacefully on 19th March 2026 at the age of 52. Brian was a beloved son of the late Harold and Joan Blackmore, and a cherished brother to Neil, Ian, and Alan. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. The loss of our brother has left a space in all our lives that words can barely touch. Brian was a constant presence – in laughter, in arguments, in the small everyday moments that now feel strangely quiet without him. His kindness, his stubbornness, his humour, and the way he cared in his own unmistakable way will stay with us always. Brian was a gifted artist and had a passion for making things, talents that will not be forgotten. Although his life ended far too soon, the love he gave and the memories we shared will continue to shape us. We carry him with us, not just in grief, but in gratitude for every moment we had. Rest In Peace, Brian.

(Drake) (Pat) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pat Tucker, beloved widow of husband John, who left us on March 30th, 2026, at the age of 87. Pat was born on July 28th, 1938, near Bradford. She grew up in a close-knit community, first working in mills in the area alongside family and friends. She moved south with her parents Mr and Mrs Drake to settle in Paignton meeting John in Dartmouth. Some may recall Pat working at the The Linny at Coffinswell for some years where they had their first married home, she then joined Marks and Spencer until retirement. They moved to Newton Abbot to buy their first house together in 1973 where they stayed until her recent death surrounded by good neighbours and the kind support of care workers. Pat’s warm smile, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to family and friends will be forever cherished. Pat and John were both keen ballroom dancers and lovers of music and nature as long as health allowed. She is survived by her brother David; Nieces Marilyn and Vanessa and countless friends and colleagues whose lives they touched. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
