Kent Highways posted on X: “Emergency services are en route.
“Please use caution on the approach and expect delays.”
Inrix, a traffic information source, says a bike and other vehicles are involved, but this has not yet been confirmed.
There are long delays in the area and traffic is understood to have been stopped since about 7.10am.
The emergency services have been approached for more information.
