Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer stands with Labour Party MPs

As this knackered little country of ours staggers from one crisis to another a little-known fact was revealed this week which might explain why. It turns out that of Labour’s 238 newly elected MPs most of them have only ever worked for charities, as lobbyists or were political employees.

Translated, that means most of them have no clue or experience of what happens in the real world. Most of them have never had the kind of job that would remotely prepare them for Government.

Take charity workers – they’re trained to see everyone as victims. They don’t see liars or scammers or criminals – they just see “victims” the State has to take care of.

Then there’s the lobbyists – they’re trained to do whatever’s in the best interest of whoever’s paying them. As for political workers – well, they’re the most unworldly and least qualified of all because their job is about avoiding uncomfortable truths and controlling the narrative of whoever they’re working for so as to make them look good.

None of this qualifies any of these people to run a constituency, be a parliamentarian, defend a nation, manage an economy, hold a foreign state to account, protect British citizens from terror groups who are brazenly plotting carnage on our streets. And proof of that is while these rookie MPs have been busting a gut to pass a legal definition of Islamophobia, our security services have been dealing with 20 Iranian-backed terror plots on our streets.

More than 90% of these wet-behind-the-ears newbies have never worked in defence (if they had, Britain wouldn’t now look like a military joke in the eyes of the world). They’ve never worked in engineering, manufacturing, in medicine or the law, and they’ve never run a business. In short, they don’t have a clue about how the world works and consequently, they don’t have a scooby about how to run a country, which of course explains why Britain’s now in the state it’s in.

On top of all that, we have a Prime Minister who hasn’t quite grasped that his job is to run a country, not to be a human rights lawyer. Ditto our Attorney General. We have a Chancellor who lied about her qualifications to be Chancellor and who is now single-handedly wrecking the economy.

We have a left-leaning judiciary that refuses to chuck out illegal immigrants and allows dangerous foreign criminals to stay, no matter how spurious their reasons for not being deported are. Even worse, our institutions have been captured by left-leaning activists, and we’ve seen a catastrophic rise in antisemitism because these new Labour MP’s, together with the old ones, cower to Islamists in order to hang onto their seats. And it’s because of their weakness – which is supported by our PM – that Jews are now not safe on Britain’s streets.

Even Tony Blair warned this week that the Left’s “unholy alliance with Islamists” is endangering our country. He says politicians are failing to tackle left-wing antisemitism because they’re unwilling to confront hardline Islamist groups. And he’s dead right!

And on top of all of that we had a demonstration at the weekend by the Together Alliance – a raggedy bunch of unionists, hysterical left-wingers and do gooding, super-rich celebs – Davina, Steeve Coogan, Charlotte Church, Lenny Henry who only go to these marches to assuage their guilt about their hugely privileged lives and the fact the problems suffered by the masses don’t touch them. The organisers of this demo claimed to be marching against the Far Right and said people felt so strongly that more 500,000 had turned out on what was Britain’s biggest march ever.

Which was a lie because the Met Police confirmed it was nearer 50,000, which is nowhere near the 150,000 that turned out for last year’s Unite the Kingdom march.

“This is the biggest demonstration ever,” screamed one of the hysterical organisers. No, matey, that was just in your dreams.

And what Far Right are these marchers talking about? Are they talking about Reform? Are they talking about the millions who are centre-right?

Or is their definition of Far Right anyone who dares to disagree with out-of-control immigration and the fact that millions of people in this country are languishing on benefits?

And if you look at that march – which was supposed to be against racism – there WAS blatant racism on show and there was violence and arrests. The racism? There was the bloke shouting that all Jews are Nazis. There was a woman holding a sign that said “All migrants welcome – except for Shabana Mahmood”, who was actually born in Birmingham. How racist is it to think anyone with brown skin is a migrant?

And then there was the woman kissing a picture of the new Ayatollah, saying, “We love him.”

But surely the salient fact these protestors are missing is that if the Right is so bad and the Left is so great, why is the Left tanking in the polls? Why is it about to be slaughtered in the local elections? Why is this Labour Government polling the worst of any Government since records began?

Well, now we know that, at a time of crisis, our once-great Britain is being run by a bunch of charity workers and lobbyists!!!
