A man who died following a two-vehicle crash outside Omagh over the weekend has been named locally as a father-of-two.
Adrian Slevin, from Dromore, Co Tyrone, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision on the Clanabogan Road on Sunday morning.
Police said that they attended a report of a crash involving a Volvo and a Mazda in the area at around 9.10am.
“Officers, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended, however, sadly one person was pronounced deceased at the scene,” a spokesperson said.
A death notice described Mr Slevin as the “beloved husband of Michelle” and the “treasured father of Caitlin and Cora”.

Speaking to The Irish News, councillor Glenn Campbell said that the loss was being felt by the entire community.
“There’s a dark cloud hanging over the community now in respect of it, and people are very much keeping the family in the foremost of their thoughts,” he said.
“It’s very hard to find words to offer at this time, but I know that people will be keeping them in their thoughts and prayers and supporting them in any way they can in the time ahead.”
Mr Campbell said that Mr Slevin was from the Tummery area near Dromore and that both himself and his family were “very well respected”.
“It’s a close-knit townland within a close-knit community; there’ll be a lot of support,” he said.
“It’s just an awful tragedy.”
Tributes to the late father-of-two have made on social media.
The Rack Gym, in Omagh town, shared the news of his “tragic passing” with “heavy hearts and profound sadness”.
“Adrian was a familiar, friendly face on the gym floor and brought so much positive energy to The Rack.
“He shared a particularly close bond with James and the two of them spent countless hours on the phone bonding over their shared passion for importing Japanese cars, and they were so excited to start working on a project car together soon.
“His presence, his chats, and his genuine nature will be incredibly missed by James and all of us here.”
Funeral and wake arrangements for the late Mr Slevin have not yet been announced.
