A bank has officially extended its services to Thatcham Banking Hub – now appearing at the provision every Friday.
It’s good news for customers of HSBC, as of Friday, July 17, the bank will officially be providing its services at the Hub, on the Broadway in Thatcham.
The banking hub has been open on Thatcham’s Broadway for a month
This will mean HSBC customers can now receive personalised support from a HSBC community banker, who visit on set days each week to help customers with more complex queries relating to their own bank, such as account issues, fraud concerns, bereavement support or financial guidance.
The hub is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with no appointment required to access the services.
Cash withdrawals and deposits (including notes and coins) and change-giving is available to everyone at the hub, regardless of which bank provider you use.
HSBC will officially join the banking hub on July 17.
This addition means the hub now offers four personalised bankers on separate days: Lloyds Banking Group, Halifax and Bank of Scotland every Tuesday, NatWest every Wednesday, Barclays every Thursday and now HSBC on Fridays.
The long-awaited Thatcham Banking Hub officially opened on Wednesday, June 17, in 44 The Broadway, next to Broadway Lifesmiles, meaning face-to-face banking services could return to the community.
