The two-year 90% LTV no-fee product is down 0.03% to 5.06%. On the purchase side, the five-year 90% LTV product with a \u00a3999 fee falls 0.07% to 4.82%, with the Premier equivalent at 4.79% after the same reduction.<\/p>\n<p>Remortgage reductions are more pronounced. The two-year 85% LTV no-fee product drops 0.20% to 5.17%, the five-year 90% LTV no-fee product falls 0.14% to 5.23%, and the five-year 85% LTV Premier product with a \u00a3999 fee is down 0.12% to 4.89%.
