The three-storey, five-bed Victorian home features three bathrooms, a generous home office and an open plan kitchen with\u00a0gorgeous stained-glass windows and oak herringbone flooring. Elsewhere there\u2019s a living room in duckegg blue, a snug for cosy reading afternoons, a playroom for kids and a luxurious master bedroom\u00a0with its own dressing room and bathroom. Outside in the 320ft garden\u00a0you\u2019ll find a swanky wellness studio, two ice baths, a tree house and a zip line.\u00a0<\/p>\n

It sits close to the lush green Mapesbury Dell with the Jubilee line a short walk away at Willesden Green station. So, you\u2019d be less than an hour from central London.<\/p>\n

As ever with Omaze, the\u00a0house\u00a0comes\u00a0mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner can also choose to keep all \u00a3195,000 worth of furnishings\u00a0already there. To top it all off, you get an additional \u00a3250,000 in cash to help you settle in.\u00a0What you do with the property is up to you. You could move in yourself, rent it out (estimated \u00a312,000 per month) or sell it and become a cash multi-millionaire.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ve got until Sunday September 27 to enter the draw online<\/a>, or Tuesday September 29 if you want to do it by post. A portion of the money raised from entries (at least \u00a31m, guaranteed) will go towards the London Air Ambulance Charity. \u00a0<\/p>\n
