Residents across Lincolnshire<\/a> will get the chance to see elite cyclists racing for the UK’s top prize when the Tour of Britain arrives soon.<\/p>\n

The two stages will criss-cross the county<\/a> through many towns and villages in September, providing an unrivalled chance to see the race.<\/p>\n

If you’re hoping to catch a glimpse, the organisers have released a breakdown of what time the peloton is expected to pass through each area.<\/p>\n

As it’s impossible to know exactly how fast the race will be. The estimates are based on the competitors riding at an expected 42km per hour.<\/p>\n

There were also faster and slower times at 38kmph and 46kmph, which are shown in brackets for milestones across the races.<\/p>\n

Spectators will likely want to arrive at the route early to avoid disappointment.<\/p>\n

The races will begin with slow, controlled starts where cyclists follow the lead car at an easy pace until they are given the signal.<\/p>\n

Temporary road closures will also be in place throughout the Lincoln<\/a> stage.<\/p>\n
