An OnlyFans content creator who says she rakes in up to \u00a330,000 per month by performing suggestive stunts on the London Underground<\/a> has told anyone who disapproves to ‘get a life’. Imi Angelica, 23, from Harrow<\/a>, said she’s ‘prepared to take the backlash’ of being on OnlyFans because the money she makes means she is no longer ‘living pay cheque to pay cheque’.<\/p>\n

While her parents would prefer it if she was ‘on a different career path’, Imi said they accept her choice and she stressed she has no regrets despite some other relatives not speaking to her and ‘losing friendships and relationships’ since joining OnlyFans. Imi describes what she does as ‘the same as being self-employed’ and added spending ’19 hours a day’ on her phone filming content and replying to messages from her subscribers through the night means it ‘definitely isn’t glamorous’.<\/p>\n

Imi started out working with dogs when a friend introduced her first to webcamming which allowed her to ditch her 9-to-5 job when she started ‘clearing about \u00a36,000 per month’. However, she said ‘sitting in front of a camera got boring,’ so Imi took up OnlyFans and says she now makes up to \u00a330,000 in some months.<\/p>\n

Imi charges a monthly subscription price of \u00a33.99 and sells further content in private chats with her fans. \u201cI make more through messaging than I do through subscription,\u201d she said. Imi added the amounts she makes increased significantly in March this year after she ‘got out of her comfort zone’ with the content she was filming.<\/p>\n

Imi told MyLondon that posing near public landmarks, including around Camden<\/a>, boosted her profile because \u2018people recognise them’ and this stretched to her ‘niche’ content posing in revealing outfits on the London Underground which she said has made her ‘stand out’ compared to other OnlyFans creators.<\/p>\n

She said while performing her suggestive stunts she is always aware of her surroundings and never films or takes photographs when children are present. Imi claims she never cross the boundary to indecent exposure or outraging public decency.<\/p>\n

She said her content which performs the best is filmed on the Northern line because it has the most recognisable landmarks, such as Camden, London Bridge, Waterloo, and Tottenham Court Road. Imi also films footage on escalators in Tube stations.<\/p>\n

A Transport for London<\/a> (TfL) spokesperson said: “We were not previously aware of this footage. All customers using our services are required to adhere to our railway byelaws, which clearly state that no person shall behave in a disorderly, indecent or offensive manner on the railway.”<\/p>\n

British Transport Police (BTP) has also launched numerous appeals to crack down on sex offenders on the London Underground network, including men filming and upskirting women on trains and escalators to create footage some may argue is not greatly dissimilar to the content Imi sells to her fans. Imi denied that her content could be seen to give acceptance to those crimes. “Get a life, you’re not making enough money if you’re focusing on what I’m doing,” she said, “I don’t worry about what people see on the internet. I’m worried about what I do. If anyone was to think it’s encouraging [upskirting], I don’t care what those people think.”<\/p>\n

Imi insists what she does is ‘proper work’ and is the ‘same as being self-employed’. She said: “I probably work more hours than the average person. In the evening I\u2019m out until stupid o\u2019clock at night filming reels.<\/p>\n

“I’m up messaging people on OnlyFans 24\/7. I’m constantly on my phone.\u201d She added: “I don\u2019t have the joys of switching off at 5pm, I work around 19 hours a day, seven days a week.”<\/p>\n

Imi said she’s made this choice to put herself in a ‘better position in life’ but has found it difficult to find a boyfriend who will accept what she does to make money. Imi added that her OnlyFans content is a stepping stone in her life, and long-term she wants to set-up her own kennels and train badly behaved dogs.<\/p>\n
