Helena Bonham Carter<\/a> has been pictured on a stroll through London with her boyfriend of six years, Rye Dag Holmboe<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Fight Club actress, 60, wore a memorable combo of clashing prints while out and about in Hampstead with the art historian, 38, on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The couple, who have been an item since 2018, were seen walking their dogs, with Bonham Carter\u2019s signature quirky style on display.<\/p>\n

The actress donned a green cardigan over a green long-sleeved blouse, with a red floral skirt and a pair of chunky trainers with thick socks to top the look off. Holmboe cut a more neutral figure in a light blue shirt, blue shorts and Birkenstocks.<\/p>\n

Bonham Carter and Holmboe first went public with their romance in 2019<\/a>, five years after she split from her long-term partner and director Tim Burton.<\/p>\n

Prior to their first public appearance, the Alice in Wonderland actress had admitted it was time to find love again when she realised she was \u2018bored\u2019 of grieving her former relationship and that Holmboe became \u2018a bit of unexpected magic\u2019 in her life.<\/p>\n

She told Harper\u2019s Bazaar: \u2018You break up, you grieve, you get bored of grieving. And then you finally move on.\u2019<\/p>\n

Speaking of Holmboe, she added: \u2018I\u2019m very happy with someone else. It\u2019s been a bit of unexpected magic in my life.\u2019<\/p>\n

The couple met at a wedding in 2018 and moved in together in 2021, with Bonham Carter telling The Guardian of their meeting: \u2018A totally random thing, which both of us nearly didn\u2019t go to, so it was one of those moments that was so chance and ended up determining so much. <\/p>\n

Bonham Carter previously told The Times of their age gap: \u2018Everybody ages at a different rate. My boyfriend is unbelievably mature. He\u2019s an old soul in a young body; what more could I want?<\/p>\n

\u2018People are slightly frightened of older women, but he isn\u2019t. Women can be very powerful when they\u2019re older.\u2019<\/p>\n

Bonham Carter and the Edward Scissorhands director were together for 13 years and she has described the end of their relationship as \u2018utterly bewildering\u2019. They share two children, Billy, 22, and Nell, 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 60-year-old starred in several Burton films over the years, including Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Alice in Wonderland, Dark Shadows, The Corpse Bride and Charlie And The Chocolate Factory.<\/p>\n
