Four arrests have been made following the fatal stabbing of a 19-year-old dad in the early hours of Good Friday.<\/p>\n

Ashton Harrington, 19, died in Belmont Road, Whitstable, where emergency crews were called at just after 2am.<\/p>\n

An air ambulance landed on nearby Westmeads Recreation Ground at about 3am, but the dad-of-one died at the scene.<\/p>\n

It is believed he was known to the offenders.<\/p>\n

Forensics officers set up a red and white tent in the middle of the road, next to the Windsor House flats block.<\/p>\n

Police say they have now made four arrests in connection with their investigation.<\/p>\n

Officers attended an address in Sittingbourne on April 8, where two women aged 22 and 24, and a 26-year-old man were all arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.<\/p>\n

A 21-year-old man from Sittingbourne was also arrested on suspicion of the same offence on April 5.<\/p>\n

They have all been bailed pending further enquiries.<\/p>\n

Despite the arrests, officers say they are still looking to locate two men they believe could help with inquiries.<\/p>\n

Detectives would like to locate Tobias Agbaje and Kieron Barnes, as they may have information which could assist their investigation.<\/p>\n

They are believed to have links to Herne Bay, Whitstable, Canterbury, Sittingbourne, Ramsgate and London.<\/p>\n

If you know of their whereabouts, or if they are seen, please immediately call Kent Police on 999 quoting 46\/52649\/26.<\/p>\n

Ashton\u2019s heartbroken mother previously told KentOnline she will not rest until she gets justice for her son in an emotional interview.<\/p>\n

Camille Harrington says she and her family are still in a \u201cstate of shock\u201d and said: \u201cI just don\u2019t know how someone could be so cruel to end his life like that.\u201d<\/p>\n

A former pupil of Canterbury Academy, Ashton, who lived in the city, later trained in carpentry and enjoyed motorbikes and fishing with friends.<\/p>\n

He had become a father at just 17 – a role his family say he embraced.<\/p>\n

Fundraising appeals have also been launched to help cover funeral costs and support local crime prevention charity Safer Kent.<\/p>\n

The funeral appeal<\/a> has already raised more than \u00a37,000, while the second fundraiser<\/a> has collected \u00a31,700.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe want to give him the best possible send-off because he deserves it,\u201d said Camille.<\/p>\n

Family and friends are also gathering on the Victoria Recreation Ground in Canterbury at 6pm today (Friday) to release balloons in Ashton\u2019s memory.<\/p>\n
