The UK is set to expect warm temperatures across much of the nation again as another ‘mini heatwave’ is on the cards as weather maps show highs of 22C in some regions\"Weather<\/p>\n

The UK is set to welcome another ‘mini heatwave’ as weather<\/a> maps turn orange with temperatures reaching 22C.<\/p>\n

According to WXCharts weather maps<\/a>, that use MetDesk data, the high temperatures<\/a> will hit the nation on Saturday, April 25 and last for five days.<\/p>\n

The maps show temperatures will peak<\/a> in the south-east of England and along the south coast, with many counties seeing temperatures of over 20C.<\/p>\n

On Saturday April 25, London and Surrey will be some of the warmer areas, sitting at 19C.<\/p>\n

These areas in the south are expected to stay hot into the following week as Monday will see the temperature increase.<\/p>\n

The start of the week will welcome warms of 22C with many areas seeing the temperatures enter the 20s.<\/p>\n

The West Midlands will also have sunny spells, facing 19C on April 27.<\/p>\n

Even in the north, the maps show that temperatures will reach 18C.<\/p>\n

The Met Office<\/a> says “high pressure” could dominate with warm and sunny spells before the end of the month. However, it also states that some unseasonal April snow<\/a> is on the cards.<\/p>\n

The Met Office forecast for April 21 to 30 states: “High pressure to the north of the UK will bring plenty of dry weather and sunny spells at first. A few scattered showers are possible in central and eastern areas.<\/p>\n

“Parts of the east coast could be on the chilly side with low cloud and an onshore breeze, but further west it will feel quite warm, especially in sunnier areas.<\/p>\n

“By the weekend, unsettled weather is signalled to return, but confidence in the details is low with a range of scenarios possible. One scenario is for a northerly wind bringing wintry showers to northern and eastern coasts, and some snow over Scottish mountains.<\/p>\n
