With two finalists confirmed for the Britain’s Got Talent live final, fans are already certain they know which act will win the 2026 series after the semi-final<\/p>\n

Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/a> fans think they have figured out who will win the 2026 series after just one semi-final.<\/p>\n

The live semi-finals kicked off on Saturday night, where a group of acts will perform for a place in the live final. Each week leading up to the finale, different acts will take to the stage live, before two of them are sent through.<\/p>\n

On Saturday night, we learned the first two finalists. Anastasiia and her border collie Salsa won the first public vote of the series so far. Prior to this, singer Matty Juniosa received this year\u2019s first semi-final Golden Buzzer from judge Amanda Holden, granting him a place straight through to the live final.<\/p>\n

After Matty’s performance, fans quickly predicted he would do well and could even win the whole show. Taking to social media, fans were convinced he would be crowned this year’s champion.<\/p>\n

One fan said: “What a voice. Matty has to win he is sensational.” Another fan said: “Making an early prediction that Matty will win this series, rightfully so!<\/p>\n

“One of the best vocalists ever on BGT, if anyone deserves 2 golden buzzers, it\u2019s Matty.” A third added: “Soooo stunning. This has to be the BGT winner!!!”<\/p>\n

A fourth viewer wrote: “Definitely BGT winner 2026 he is just incredible well done Matty.” A fifth added: “YouTube<\/a> proudly presents: the winner of the 2026 season!”<\/p>\n

The comments kept on coming with one agreeing: “I couldn’t put it better myself.” Another said: “Might win the competition,” as a final post read: “I see him winning BGT 2026!!!”<\/p>\n

It comes after an awkward moment saw Simon Cowell hit back at host Dec Donnelly, leading to fans slamming him as “rude”. Dec tried to wrap up the judges’ feedback for magician Fraser Penman after the act and the commentary went on a bit long.<\/p>\n

Dec was heard shouting out: “Thank you judges, thank you very much”, calling for an end to the speaking, wanting to move on with the live show. But fans noticed Simon “rudely” hit back at this.<\/p>\n

He told Dec: “I’m still talking!” Dec appeared taken aback by this. While Simon was pointing out he hadn’t finished what he had to say, fans didn’t think it was very fair, especially after the chaos the hosts had faced the night before during the I’m A Celebrity<\/a> final.<\/p>\n

Taking to social media one fan said: “I’m still talking? F**k off Simon.” A second fan said: “‘I\u2019m still talking’ Simon I think Ant and Dec have had enough attitude for this weekend.”<\/p>\n

Another viewer said: “I’m still talking lol,” as a final post read: “Omg I couldn’t tell if he’d said that or ‘I’ll stop talking’, poor Dec, hasn’t he been through enough?”<\/p>\n
