A pro independence campaigner<\/a> and Tik Tok digital creator is facing a potential jail sentence after being caught with AI-generated child porn. Amelia Connolly, 23, who who uses the moniker \u201cLady Amelia of Glencoe\u201d, was arrested after police with a search warrant raided their home in Alloa, Clackmannanshire.<\/p>\n Falkirk Sheriff Court heard today that the raid <\/a>took place at 8.50 am on December 5, 2024 and followed the receipt of \u201ccertain intelligence\u201d. Prosecutor Ronnie Hay said that Connolly answered the door and allowed officers to enter.<\/p>\n A search was carried out<\/a> and trans woman Connolly handed over their phone. It was examined and four indecent images were recovered. Mr Hay said: \u201cThe images all appeared<\/a> artificial-intelligence generated, and showed a female child’s face on an adult body engaged in sexualised posing.\u201d<\/p>\n Ameilia Connolly and Sturgeon<\/p>\n Some of the imagery also showed the AI child<\/a>\/adult engaged in solo sexual activity. The creation dates of all the images was October 30th 2024.<\/p>\n Three of the images were rated as \u201cCategory B\u201d \u2013 the middle rating on the accepted scale of seriousness <\/a>for child porn \u2013 and one was rated Category C. They were arrested<\/a>, cautioned and charged and replied, \u201cI don’t know.\u201d<\/p>\n Connolly, a first offender, of Glasshouse Loan, Alloa, pleaded guilty to making indecent pseudo-photographs of children \u2013 contrary to the 1982 Civic Government (Scotland) Act. Solicitor Paul Robertson, defending<\/a>, asked the court to obtain social background reports on Connolly. Sheriff Simon Collins KC deferred sentence for this purpose until May 1st. He also called for a restriction of liberty order assessment<\/a>.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cIt’s an unusual case. The background, I suspect, needs to be investigated<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Bail was continued and their phone was ordered to be forfeit. Connolly, who uses a wheelchair, turned round on leaving the court building when they spotted a Press photographer and went back inside without comment.<\/p>\n On Connolly’s Facebook page, they say they are \u201cAutistic, Lesbian [and] passionate for Scotland leaving the UK and rejoining the EU.\u201d<\/p>\n They also has a personal website which mentions involvement with Young Scots for Independence \u2013 the youth wing of the SNP \u2013 as well as Gay Pride and the Scottish branch of Young European Movement.
