Unilever is exploring a complete food sell-off, in a deal that could amount to tens of billions of dollars.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s according to media outlet Bloomberg<\/a>, which cited \u201cpeople familiar with the matter\u201d.<\/p>\n

And things are moving fast, as Unilever is reportedly already in talks with advisers to discuss potential options, which include spinning-off most or all of the \u200cfood \u2060businesses.<\/p>\n

However, they made it clear a final move is unlikely to happen this year, and the company may \u200bstill choose to \u200bretain the \u2060current structure.<\/p>\n

What remains unclear is whether the move would also cover Unilever\u2019s drinks brands, including Horlicks.<\/p>\n

This latest development follows a string of high-profile sell-offs by the British multinational, including Unox<\/a>, Zwan<\/a>, Graze<\/a>, and the much-talked-about ice cream exit<\/a>.<\/p>\n
