Company of Cooks, part of the Compass Group, has been appointed as hospitality and catering partner for No.4 Hamilton Place, the headquarters of the Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), following a competitive tender process.<\/p>\n
Under the three-year deal, worth \u00a32.5 million, Company of Cooks will deliver all hospitality and catering services at the Edwardian townhouse in Mayfair, London. It covers provision for RAeS staff as well as a wide range of internal and external events hosted at the venue.<\/p>\n
No.4 Hamilton Place is both a working base for the society and a venue for private, corporate and member events. The building includes several event spaces and a roof terrace overlooking Hyde Park \u2013 spaces used for conferences, meetings, weddings and social functions.<\/p>\n
The caterer will be responsible for food and drink delivery across the venue\u2019s hospitality operations, including the members\u2019 lounge and event catering for society and third-party bookings.<\/p>\n
Company of Cooks\u2019 event sales and marketing sister brand, Eve, will provide support for sales activity and use of the venue for events. This part of the contract is intended to support bookings and maximise use of the available rooms.<\/p>\n
The Royal Aeronautical Society cited Company of Cooks\u2019 experience in operating within historic buildings and its approach to sourcing as factors in the award of the contract.<\/p>\n
