Police and fire crews were at an ‘incident’ on Anglesey with people urged to avoid the area. It happened in Mynydd Mechell, Amlwch. Locals were been urged to keep doors and windows shut.<\/p>\n

A North Wales Police statement said: “North Wales Police and North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are currently in attendance at an incident in Mynydd Mechell, Amlwch. Please avoid the area until further notice.”<\/p>\n

A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service statement said: “We\u2019re currently in attendance at an incident in the #Mynydd<\/a> Mechell #Amlwch<\/a> area. Please keep windows and doors shut and keep away from the area. Thank you.”<\/p>\n

The fire service confirmed this morning the blaze involved a vehicle. There was no further informnation on the danmage caused.<\/p>\n

Incident confirmed to be vehicle fire<\/p>\n

The fire service had confirmed the blaze involved a vehicle. There was no further information on damage.<\/p>\n

Six fire engines at scene at height of blaze<\/p>\n

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service has released this update on the incident:<\/p>\n

Crews were called at approximately 21:30 yesterday to an incident at Mynydd Mechell, Amlwch. The fire was successfully brought under control, and crews left the scene at 01:37. A total of six appliances attended.<\/p>\n
