Lloyds has unveiled a new in-app rewards hub where customers can be in with a chance of winning cash prizes.<\/p>\n

Lloyds Rewards is available to Lloyds<\/a>, Halifax and Bank of Scotland<\/a> customers, all of which are part of Lloyds Banking Group.<\/p>\n

A total of 50 customers will be selected at random every month to each win \u00a32,026. To be eligible for the prize draw, customers must pay at least \u00a31,000 in the calendar month.<\/p>\n

This can be through a mix of salary, pensions<\/a> or benefits. Customers can enter every month \u2013 even if they won in a prior month.<\/p>\n

To be in with a chance, the prize draw needs to be activated each month in the app or via online banking.<\/p>\n

There will also be other prize draws that change every month – for example, in June there is a competition to win a trip to Disneyland Paris. For every \u00a320 of debit card spend, customers get one entry, with no maximum entries.<\/p>\n

Or if a customer sets a reminder for when their broadband, energy or mobile contract is due to end, they’ll be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win \u00a35,000.<\/p>\n

Plus, 50 customers will each win \u00a350, by visiting the Lloyds Rewards app three times in a calendar month.<\/p>\n

Lloyds Hub also gives customers access new discounts and cashback. For example, in June customers will see savings on Apple products and accessories.<\/p>\n

Other offers available include cashback when spending at retailers including Sainsbury\u2019s, B&M, IHG and more.<\/p>\n

You can find Lloyds Rewards by opening the Lloyds app and going to the Rewards section.<\/p>\n

Paul Wilkinson, Rewards Director at Lloyds, said: \u201cWe\u2019ve created Lloyds Rewards to expand the ways customers can make their bank account work harder, and their money go further.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom prize draws and cashback to discounts and challenges, we\u2019re helping people get something back from their everyday spending. There is so much on offer that there really is something for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

It comes as Lloyds Banking Group is said to be considering plans to phase out Halifax, in a move which could bring an end to the 173-year-old brand.<\/p>\n

Bosses are expected to announce the end of Halifax as a standalone brand this summer, according to reports in The Sun.<\/p>\n
