In 1906, Rolls came into the final lap with a 10-minute advantage over his competitors and finished the course in four hours, six minutes and 0.06 seconds at an average speed of 39.3mph.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">To celebrate the historic victory, Rolls-Royce has finished a special commission Ghost in a Dark Emerald exterior colour which reflects that used on the original Light 20 H.P model. In the rear of the cabin, there\u2019s an embroidered outline of the Isle of Man Highroads Course. Lower down, illuminated treadplates display a unique chassis number \u2013 26350B.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Underneath, the Black Badge Ghost shuns any form of electrification in favour of a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 to provide a huge amount of performance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">There\u2019s no word on price, but expect it to exceed \u00a3340,000.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Rolls-Royce is commemorating one of its historic motorsport victories with a special-edition Ghost.
