When we go to Europe, it\u2019s really easy \u2013 you know where you\u2019re going to be. I feel sorry for the bar staff,&#8221; he said. Mr Gallivan said many regular England supporters had been unable to make the trip because of the cost of attending the tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">He said: &#8220;I think the way Fifa have managed it, it\u2019s been disgraceful. We\u2019ve been dealt a bad hand. We could have brought so many more out here, but sadly they\u2019ve been outpriced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">&#8220;People that I spent time with in Albania and Latvia and had a really good night with, who go home and away, they\u2019ve been priced out of it and that\u2019s not right.
