A Dorset brewer and pub operator has secured \u00a355 million in refinancing.<\/p>\n
Hall & Woodhouse, based in Blandford St Mary and operating since 1777, secured the facility from Barclays to support long-term investments and growth across its pub estate in the south of England.<\/p>\n
The funding will support the company through a landmark year as it approaches its 250th anniversary.<\/p>\n
Paul Barnett, chief financial officer at Hall & Woodhouse, said: “This refinancing gives us greater simplicity and confidence as we continue to invest in the business for the long term.<\/p>\n
