In the 2008 action thriller Taken, a white teenage girl and her friend are abducted in Paris by an Albanian sex-trafficking ring that systematically kidnaps, drugs, rapes, and sells young girls into sex slavery, with the active and passive complicity of the police and wealthy elites. <\/p>\n
According to the newly released Rape Gang Inquiry Report<\/a>, in the United Kingdom, the movie\u2019s premise is more fact than fiction. In fact, the truth is far worse than fiction. The report, organized by Independent MP Rupert Lowe and containing extensive testimony from survivors and whistleblowers, alleges that over the last 50-plus years, at least 250,000 white British girls from all over the United Kingdom have been subjected to repeated rape, trafficking, torture, forced conversion and marriage, and even death at the hands of organized Muslim gangs, largely of Pakistani origin. <\/p>\n The report makes for a horrific and harrowing read, describing in sometimes graphic detail how \u201cnetworks of perpetrators built coordinated operations that transported victims between locations, supplied them with drugs and alcohol, recorded abuse for distribution and blackmail, and passed girls between multiple adult men.\u201d <\/p>\n Lowe\u2019s Report expands upon previous investigations such as the Jay Report<\/a> that focused on grooming gangs in Rotherham and Baroness Casey\u2019s National Audit on Group-Based Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse<\/a>. It alleges that the rape gangs were and are a national reality and not just a local pattern, and that the scope, scale, and organization of these gangs was far more vast than previously documented. <\/p>\n The report describes a consistent pattern in the grooming-to-rape-to-torture pipeline. \u201cGirls as young as 11 were initially befriended by a young Muslim man who then treated the young child like an adult and would then start providing them with alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes. After a few months the girls would then be collected from school gates, care homes, and streets in taxis. They were taken to houses, flats, restaurants, and hotels where they were raped repeatedly by groups of men, tortured, filmed for blackmail, and told they were \u201cwhite trash\u201d or \u201ckuffar\u201d who merited punishment.\u201d <\/p>\n More than that, the report identifies the wholesale complicity of civic institutions in the trafficking and abuse. \u201cPolice forces ignored repeated reports, criminalised victims instead of perpetrators, destroyed evidence, and allowed known rapists to walk free on bail. Social care services undermined protective parents, placed children in trafficking hubs inside children\u2019s homes, closed cases despite clear indicators of exploitation, and retaliated against whistleblowers. The NHS recorded genital injuries, multiple sexually transmitted infections in children as young as 13, pregnancies caused by rape, and suicide attempts, yet discharged victims back to their abusers without safeguarding referrals or trauma care. Schools observed older men collecting girls at the gates, heard disclosures of rape on school premises, and responded by excluding victims rather than protecting them.\u201d<\/p>\n \t\t\tChristians must recover the use of imprecatory psalms. These situations are precisely why the Lord included such prayers in the Scriptures.<\/p>\n The report points to mass immigration as a root cause, and it describes how a commitment to multiculturalism and fear of being called \u201cracist,\u201d as well as the desire to secure votes from Islamic immigrant populations, contributed to the political and institutional betrayal. Twelve-year-old white girls don\u2019t vote; thirty-year-old Pakistani men do.<\/p>\n The report also doesn\u2019t pull punches regarding the religious and cultural drivers of the abuse, including eight theological and legal aspects of Islam, from the Islamic belief that Muslims are superior over non-Muslims, to clan loyalty, to religious sanction for rape of non-Muslims.<\/p>\n The breadth and depth of the report is staggering and led one commentator<\/a> to conclude that \u201cgrooming gang\u201d is too mild of a description for what is alleged. These young girls \u201cwere subjected to a program of overtly racialized sexual torture and humiliation designed to maximally degrade them and kill them in their souls. And this was \u2018acceptable\u2019 because they were White and not Muslims. \u2026 This detail fundamentally alters the character of these crimes. This was not horny men out of control or even cross-cultural understanding gaps around the age of consent. This was a targeted program of ritualized torture and subjugation as a means of ethnic domination. In other words, these gangs are conducting war against the White British using serial child rape and torture as a form of conquest.\u201d<\/p>\n In Taken, the foreign grooming gang and its powerful enablers are dealt with by an ex-CIA operative and father with \u201ca particular set of skills.\u201d His composed and violent rescue of his daughter provides catharsis to the audience appalled by the crimes. But vigilante justice is an insufficient response to crimes of this scale. Sustained, international action is necessary.<\/p>\n The first action ought to be public repentance for every form of moral abdication and enablement. The British people must repent of the multiculturalism, colonial guilt, and fear of man that enabled these horrors. They must turn back to Christ in sorrow and weeping, and, like the people of God in Lamentations, set their hope fully on the steadfast love of the Lord, which never ceases.<\/p>\n Second, all Christians must recover the use of imprecatory psalms. These situations are precisely why the Lord included such prayers in the Scriptures. \u201cBreak the teeth in their mouths; tear out the fangs of the young lions, O LORD!\u201d (Psalm 58:6). \u201cO LORD, God of vengeance, O God of vengeance, shine forth! Rise up, O judge of the earth; repay to the proud what they deserve! O LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked exult?\u201d (Psalm 94:1-3).<\/p>\n Third, the British people must channel their rage in righteous and effective ways. Demand that the prime minister call for a new election. Engage in a general strike<\/a>, like the Polish Solidarity movement in the 1980s, until he does.
